Derelict Spacecraft Homage to H.R. Giger

I hated horror movies as a kid. The first time I saw Alien, I was 11, and I didn't watch it all the way through. When the alien burst through the man's chest I almost puked and couldn't watch anymore. I was so grossed out and scared. It was the most graphic and visceral movie I had watched. Now I love horror films, and Alien is one of my favorite movies. This painting was done for a sketch group and the topics were all Giger based due to his recent passing. Thank you Giger for terrifying my childhood and now inspiring my imagination!
